Working with Deliverr was the best decision we could have made. For months we researched several 3PL and 4PL order fulfillment companies and even before we made a decision, we liked how Deliverr's website was packed full of informative articles about multichannel selling, e-commerce-related webinars and just a wealth of helpful information; especially for small businesses. In addition, while some order fulfillment companies' pricing was hard to find on their websites or took several steps to add up the cost, Deliverr's online fulfillment cost calculators were transparent. As good and efficient as Deliverr's shipping/order fulfillment logistics are, its customer service and support teams are the true heartbeats of the company. In fact, our fulfillment specialist, Rhomy has been a godsend. Whether via email or a zoom call, she always explains things and processes in a way that's easy to understand. Though Deliverr provides order fulfillment for some of the world's largest brands, as a growing small business, Deliverr makes us feel just as important as a large corporation. We look forward to Deliverr being our order fulfillment logistics partner throughout our e-commerce journey.

As other reviews mention, Tiffany is incredible. We have had a rough launch with receiving problems and order delivery issues, but Tiffany has stepped up to find creative and quick resolutions at every turn. She is truly committed to helping her clients and is clearly very dedicated to all aspects of her work. Not only has she helped to resolve issues but she has communicated with me every step of the way and welcomed my feedback - both positive and negative. Deliverr is still a very young company and has to focus on improving its processes, but the employees at this company are second to none. Tiffany - you have truly made our experience with Deliverr that much better and this company is lucky to have an employee such as yourself!

Amir Bavani with Deliver was the best! We are a unique company, to say the least, and Amir made the onboarding process simple and low stress! He truly has a passion for excellent customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile. Amir was always fast at responding to any questions we had and very knowledgeable. Going above and beyond is always appreciated. We had an issue with a claim that fell outside the covered window. The system immediately rejected any attempt to file claim. But we needed to explain what was really happening. Alain from Deliverr took our case, listened to what really happened and worked with us until the end to make sure that both our company and Deliverr could solve this issue. Excellent support

Worst experience I have ever had. Almost every Walmart order I had was delayed, which messed up my Walmart metrics. They have lost at least 25% of every shipment that I have sent in. After providing them with purchase invoices I was issued a provisional credit. You only get credit for their service. They do not issue cash credit for lost inventory. Then they supposedly found some inventory and charged me again. After 6 removal orders to completely remove my inventory and close my account I am still waiting for my inventory to be sent back to me. Every time I contacted the customer service about this issue, they told me that there was some error and I need to place another removal order. This is a complete nightmare. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company at all costs.

Horrible customer service. Total disaster working with them. Never ending issues since day 1. Super EXPENSIVE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. Many other better alternatives. Do your homework.
