She gives great advice and listens
She gives great advice and listens. She doesn't dismiss my concerns no matter how big or small. She has experiences that she shares. She is very relatable. I'm very grateful for Defy for having these resources. I thought some was wrong with me due to menopause, aging, and life in general. Turns out to be more hormone causes. Thank you for doing all you do.
