Dr Saya is very compassionate & knowledgeable. I wish I lived in Tampa! I would give 5 stars but we are still tweaking my treatment.

My consultation with Beth was excellent! She was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and especially understood my needs! I feel we can have a partnership where we will work towards my goals, and I am very excited for the next steps. My only complaint so far (and why I didn't give 5 stars) was that it took one month from my labs until I got my first consultation. I wish it were sooner.

I had to change review. Defy reached out and scheduled me with Beth. Who was so professional and a great listener. We came up with a plan and am excited moving forward. Defy handled the issue quickly and we’re not defensive. They were solution focused. I am very happy with their service. . He was very distracted. Left call a few times for another issue. He apologized but then forgot what we were talking about. He was very general, felt like he was reading a script not really hearing me. I am sad. My husband likes your service and I am not feeling I can follow this mans instructions. He really did not hear me.

The doctor seems to be very knowledgeable , extremely helpful, great advice, I am a new patient, only issue is her assistant has not called me back so I can re-order and I have called 2 days in a row, and will run short on the time it takes to refill, overall very satisfied with Janel
