Oh my goodness
Oh my goodness, I am so glad I found Defy and Janel! Since my initial consultation with her she’s been so supportive and gave me such helpful new information. I literally cried tears of joy after this follow-up call. All my numbers have improved, I feel great and, most importantly, heard and supported!

Honest and Thorough Care
Morgan was upfront and honest. We went over my labs and she advised me that I was not a candidate for TRT. However, there were other issues to address. She "prescribed me" a few supplements to take to help manage my stress and hormones, and provided me with goals for our followup appointment.
