I didn’t have a lot of questions but I was answered when I asked and was very pleased with our conversation

It went well overall, I had a lot of questions and they were answered. I did like that my provider went over the results and meds I can take. I wanted to write all the info being said and was told it would all be in my review, however once I went in there to read up on the meds I needed, no where did it tell me how I was going to take the meds like what the provider was telling me in detail. I do wish it was a little more detailed. I also wish that when you click on your meds prescribed that it would explain what that medicine helps with. It would be nice to figure out ways to help us in California be able to get meds to us. Going through all the labs and consultation costs to be told what meds we need can't be shipped to California is very disheartening to hear.

Everything was great, but she said she would send me an email afterwards with a recommended supplement brand and she never did.

It's just really refreshing to have a dr listen to me and try to help. Instead of telling me you need to lose weight.

The consultation was very informative the doctor on the other end made what could have been a stressful call easy

So far everything has been good. The only issue I have is the amount of time it takes to proceed. I started this TRT journey well over a month ago at this point and still have not received my first shipment. The process is very slow so far. Other than that, my consultation was good, he seemed very knowledgeable and assuring.
