He was very thoughtful in his analysis of my current condition and blood work. He took his time with me, answering all of my questions and future treatment medications going forward. He also explained to me how the recommended medications are to be used. This was helpful in choosing the from the different types of medication or treatment. My only very slight issue was in scheduling a time. Since I am in Louisiana the time was an hour off. I was driving to my office and not prepared for the call.

Had a 30 minute long conversation with Mike where he took me through a detailed conversation of prior medical history, current medications, in-depth explanation of lab work and what it meant, as well as continued treatment plans. The call was prompt, courteous and he answered all questions I had with the mindset of an educator. I had a follow up call shortly thereafter to have my treatment plan finalized and ordered where I was explained all costs and services that went fantastic as well. Overall incredibly pleased with the professionalism, value, and knowledge of the company
