Doctor was knowledgeable helpful and had some good insight. It's been like 2 months since I started this process though so I hope the medicine gets prescribed soon. Trying to get rid of pain and until I get things going I just have to put up with it. Other than that you guys have been great:-)

Ben always shows sincere interest in my well being. he asks forthright questions and sometimes offers suggestions that might aid my progress.

Melissa has amazing listening & diagnosing skills . She was able to negotiate my difficult health challenges and sput in a request for a nurse ZOOM meeting for this coming Monday to make sure I'm using my syringe properly.
