I felt like Ben treated me as a person and not a number. He took time to learn about me and made connections sharing a bit of his own experience. He also validated my desire to try one thing at a time rather than a bunch of things so I can understand what the one thing is doing.

Ben was very knowledgeable, personable, and generous with his time. He answered all of my questions patiently, and kindly offered helpful suggestions and thoughts all of the way to his next appointment! He is clearly passionate about the well-being of his patients, even over his own convenience of a few minutes break between appointments. I am grateful to have him as a provider

Beth is fabulous. She is a great listener and offers valuable input. Luckily I haven't had any major needs since starting with Defy... but if things change I feel confidant that I have a knowledgable resource to help me figure it out.

Never met with Dr. Calkins but he was great. Came up with a great plan to get me “dialed” in even further.

I used a different company in the past who didn’t truly care about the well-being of their patients. My protocol was just a cookie cutter plan which was not specific to me and my levels. Defy is the complete opposite and I am very pleased with the experience so far! My provider spoke with me for about forty five minutes and answered every question I had. Definitely recommend Defy for any of your HRT needs.
