On time. Focuses on the right things. Listens well. Understands that lab work is good but more importantly how the patient feels is the most important metric. Does not feel obliged to fill up 30 minutes needlessly.

Total first class experience from the initial talk with the intake group through the consultation. Knowledgeable staff that walks you through the process and capable of answering any questions or concerns. The consult went over every aspect of my lab report and what the total picture showed. I’m very glad I chose Defy Medical and highly recommend their services.
