Beth is understanding, easy to speak with and knows her stuff! The other staff members are also great. Appointments (Cayla) , prescription review, everyone is very helpful and professional.

The provider (Jill) is very positive, knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy our consultations and I'm satisfied to be working with her. I'm pleased that defy offers tools that Im able to use to improve my health -tools that a regular PCP wouldn't know anything about and would not offer. I feel fantastic and my overall health has improved dramatically since I started working with Defy. Also the staff are all friendly and helpful. Things get done in a timely manner too. Great company.
