Well,my appointment with Dr.Saya was very good. Happy with that, Rene the receptionist very nice and friendly, but the Nurses or Medical assistants I get the impression that they don't want to be bothered or they are just tired and therefor sometimes they are Not so helpful.

The doctor had reviewed my intake paperwork, knew my history and all my health issues. She was able to speak to how hormones may help with certain symptoms - not just in relation to menopause, but also my other health issues. She, without prompting, asked if I wanted thyroid meds, which I've been trying to get a doctor to identify that my levels aren't optimum for the past 6 years. She offered me control over dosing levels based on my symptoms as we introduce new prescriptions. I wish all doctors would be this thorough and understanding. The issue that made it a 4 instead of a 5 wasn't related to the consult itself, but the follow-up prescription that was incorrectly called into my local pharmacy which required follow-up to get corrected.
