Documented and setup treatment different than what we discussed. Did not investigate my fatigue more thoroughly. Dismissed thyroid optimization without discussion. Did not offer rec for improved GH.

Good consultation, but didn’t get the treatment I was looking for and the suggested treatment plan isn’t able to ship to my state (didn’t know that until the following day when I went to check out). It would have been better if the doctor was informed where I lived and the states restrictions so I could have made better use of the consultation.

I feel that there was not enough information about the products and there was not a lot of knowledge about the different options. I asked some questions about a lot of things, and didn’t receive the best answers. I was given basically 2 options for treatment…injections or cream. I thought there may had been other options other than that. I would like to speak to another person if possible. I was told to speak with Jill or Janelle. Better than marek health. Much more organized. Spoke with the doctor for a full hour. Where as with marek health I got random doctors and at best 15 mins with them while feeling rushed. Unfortunately i haven’t even started my medication but I have to update my review. The lack of customer support is worrying. I have had to email multiple times to get someone to respond and then leave me hanging. I never get replies back. It seems like there is no specific person that manages each patient. I feel like I will be having to deal with going solo on this journey. On the other hand marek health the medical assistant would get back to me within 24 hours everytime. It’s been a week an I haven’t heard from defy medical assistant team yet nor why my order hasn’t shipped in 2 weeks.

I had my labs done and was actually looking forward to my consult. The doctor showed up 10 minutes late and ended 12 minutes early. I felt rushed. I was asked multiple leading questions such as “do you dream or has it been a while” and “do you get poor sleep” and was told someone would call me to “arrange logistics”. Later that day I needed received a call and had multiple items in my cart to purchase, only 3 of which were discussed with the doctor. I felt unsold. Then I was told that in 3 months I had to have labs done again (not surprised at the need) and another consult with the doctor for another $700. I already paid over $500 for this initial visit. I will be looking elsewhere.

He messed up my order. Took myself 3 weeks to fix everything. Definitely never using him again!!!
