I switched to defy after a year of being on different cookie cutter protocols and not being heard. I have low T and I want to feel good. My consultation with Janel was longer than all the consultations I have had with 3 different providers combined! I enjoyed my experience with Marissa. I do feel completely comfortable and satisfied with the treatment plan she gave me. The only thing I'm left wondering is moving forward I'm not sure how it's suppose to work??? Refills, bloodwork and next appointment. To be fair I never asked these questions because we got sidetracked with my upcoming knee surgery. I called back to say I had a few more questions as my visit felt a bit unfinished but I was at work but still need the answers. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Defy Medical. My appointment was June 8th and my RX should be here by June 17th.
