Jill is the brightest shining facet of Defy in my years of experience. The ones answering the phones are great too. If I were to give any constructive feedback, it has to deal with the structure a bit as your member rates are rising. When issues arise that are abnormal and need attention, it would be nice to have someone on staff at least once a day to take a look at things and make corrective measures or start moving the gears to work it out. I only say this because sometimes the girls answering the phone, while super pleasant and nice, just don't have the authority to adjust meds, get an expedited nurse consult, etc. I hope this is taken only as me wanting to help and not criticize. Defy is great, and why not try to adapt and be even better. Thanks again for all your care over the years. Cheers.
