Ben takes his time with me
Ben takes his time with me. Feels like a real consult and shows interest in my achievement of my goals. My past TRT provider didn't seem interested or provide relevant context to me as an individual making me feel like my care didn't matter - just felt like they were fulfilling their required talk time of 10 minutes. I love Defy

The long wait time for appt was worth it
While getting an appointment took a really long time, Ben was pleasant, thorough and listened to my concerns. I guess many have discovered their great service, hence the wait time.

I just completed my 2nd visit with Michelle, CNP and I am very impressed with her thoroughness. I joined Defy Medical for HRT but she covers much more than that. I appreciate her so much!
