My experience with Dr. Saya was incredible and I feel excited and confident to continue as a patient. Dr. Saya thoroughly read through my medical history and even went over all the labs I had sent over from my prior provider for the last year. Impressive! Many doctors don’t take the time to read your intake form, but Dr. Saya did. Dr. Saya asked me questions, and taught me quite a few things that I wasn’t aware of. He helped me to understand my treatment plan, how often I would need to have rechecks, what hormones we would be keeping a close eye on, and Dr. Saya let me know of any possible side effects to look out for. He also let me know I can easily reach him between appointments if I need to connect before my next appointment in 90 days. The entire Defy staff has been absolutely incredible and so kind. My liaison, Jesse K has been a stellar help the entire process, the scheduling team was incredibly easy to deal with, and the prescription ordering process is a total breeze! You receive an email notifying you that all of your medications and supplies are ready for you to review, and order. You don’t have to do anything but review it. Everything is done for you. So handy!!!!!! There is a wonderful online portal to review lab tests and treatment plans. I wish I would have made the switch a long time ago. Extremely affordable, incredibly knowledgeable & you can’t beat how nice the staff members are!

Mike was really helpful and explained everything that I needed to know about my labs and he provided honest advice on what we can do to improve my health. DefyMedical all around has been such a great experience for me and with product that really works.
