Everyone has been very responsive & easy to talk to. Janel was compassionate & very easy to talk to. She looked at my labs & also listened to my symptoms, & put together a treatment plan. She was confident that we would get to the bottom of my issues, regardless if it took a little while & some tweaking.

Janel, my provider, is the reason I’ve stayed at Defy all these years. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable and never gets offended or cuts you off when you ask questions. Prior to coming to Defy I went to half a dozen local physicians. Some of them were fine, but they lacked the specialized knowledge needed for the type of care I required. Even with Defy being entirely remote they are able to perform a better, more thorough assessment and deliver care superior to any I’ve received in-person. Thank you, Defy! Keep up the good work.
