I was struggling for years with hormone and thyroid imbalance. Going to defy was the best decision I made. I've been working with Ben for a year. He is kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable on all things wellness and getting you feeling optimal. He never pressures you into something you're not comfortable with and takes the time to talk through any changes. I never feel rushed. I wish every clinician was as kind and compassionate as Ben.
