Mike took the time to listen to me and address all of my concerns as well as go over my lab results in detail. He came up with a treatment plan that he and I were both comfortable with and he explained each component so I would understand why he chose what he did.

Everything was explained in great detail. Went over the values that stood out in my blood work. Protocol makes sense and was thoroughly explained. The treatment notes in the portal were a good recap. The follow up to order also happened very quickly and the portal was easy to use. Ran into a small issue during the ordering process but one phone call and it was resolved in less than 2min
