The whole experience with Defy has been just amazing g since the start. No pushy sales people or emails, just kind real people. I was shocked that I didn’t have to log into something prior to my apt and wait, Beth called me at my apt time! Imagine that! She had clearly reviewed my information prior to our conversation, answered all of my questions clearly and even reminded me of things I had asked on my intake and forgot to ask!!
