Been using Defy for many months now. It’s great to always have access to a doctor whenever you need for a phone consultation. The doctors here know much more than your standard PCP and can really give you a good second perspective on your full blood labs or any other concerns you have relating to men’s health.

Jill always gives great advice and is willing to help where you need it. Understands my concerns and helps come up with a plan of action to help my blood levels be where they should be.

I have bee a patient at Defy for 3 years. I like their approach and protocols. I love Jill & of course Dr. Saya. They really listen to you and what you want. HRT is not a one size fits all approach. It is alot of trial and error. They coach you to try protocols and make adjustments to find your sweet spot. Its a wild ride! I am very happy with Defy.

I really like working with Mike Linkous. He’s thorough, patient, informative knowledgeable and easy to work with.
