I can say that the customer experience has been fantastic. From the first initial phone call and leading up to the consultation the professional courtesy by Defy Medical has been outstanding. During my consult my labs were carefully explained and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I also want to state that I didn’t feel like I was being lured by a sales pitch when it came to my medications. I was able to choose based on the recommendations that would help improve my body. Hats off to such a great staff and I’m glad I came across their website.
