Dr Saya was very thorough answering all my questions and explaining protocols. I did not feel rushed or hurried through the appointment. I voiced my frustration about not being able to be seen within the 90 day suggested meet and he provided a fix.

Excellent Provider
Melissa always calls on time. Is genuinely interested in what's been going on since we last spoke. We review any issues that might be going on. Always tells me if anything comes up, just call, leave a message and she will give me a call. Always a pleasant appointment.

I rated my experience based off my call…
I rated my experience based off my call but what I was not pleased with was getting this consultation set up. I was called and told that I would be connected with someone in the next 10 minutes; only to have then been told that I would need to reschedule for the next day. I am glad I did speak with Marisa who was not the original person I was set up with but, this isn't the 1st time I've been rescheduled. Both occasions happen because of something on Defy's end creating an inconvenience for me.
