I was referred to Defy Medical through a friend. I had previous prescriptions that I needed transferred to a new, competent clinic and I was not disappointed. The process was very simple and user friendly. The staff kept in contact to guide me through the pre-consultation period and answer any questions that I had. I was assigned to P.A. Marisa, who was professional and very knowledgeable. I asked her a list of questions that I had asked to other P.A.s and she answered them all clearly and articulately. She explained the process in detail and made sure I understood and had all of my questions answered. I did not feel rushed or uninformed at all.

Dr. Calkins is so easy to talk to and understands.

Janel is great. She is always so nice and supportive. She provides excellent care. I could not be more pleased with and how she runs her team. They are always so responsive. Thank you for your client centric approach.

Dr Caleb is very methodical and Listens to my concerns and put a health plan in place that we both review and adjust as needed. True concierge type of service !!!!
