Marissa was professional, friendly, respectful, thorough and extremely competent. She took her time with me and explained my labs in detail and made suggestions. She addressed my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease. I am so glad that I finally went wth Defy and stopped begging for the help I needed from my own doctors who refused hormone help over and over. It is worth every single cent that I have to pay out of pocket to be heard, respected, understood and treated with a level of professionalism that I was unable to find locally. As I said to Marissa, she should be so proud of herself and her colleagues for the help that they give so many who are on the brink of absolute despair hormonally. I am back from the dark side thanks to Dr Saya and Marissa and I can’t thank them enough.
