The deeper quest I a fantastic piece of equipment. The back up and customer service seems ok . They listen to ideas from the anglers . And they keep on updating the software. I have had some glitches but nothing to bad . I have sent in a request for a new rubber for my remote joystick but have never heard anything back so that needs sorting please

Fast delivery, great packaging and easy to follow set up instructions. Worked with the app just fine and readings were accurate as compared with navigational charts. Very happy with the purchase!
