After seeing the Deeper Quest in action I had ro get one. After about the 5th time of using it the hand controller on/off switch became non responsive. This was rectified by means of a replacement controller from the original place of purchase, no problem. During this period I contacted Deeper themselves via the customer support. I've also been in contact recently about delivery of my new downscan module. On each occasion they have been excellent. No hassle, quick response and answered all my queries, to put my mind at ease. I can highly recommend both the Quest itself and the customer back up/support they offer. Great product backed up by great After sales. What you waiting for...go get one!

The conection to the sonar drops almost at every cast and most of time is loosing the conection half the way, not at the distance. Tried elevating my iphone, spinning slower, nothing. It never find the Gps even the sky was perfectly clear. If i would have saved the box, i would return it. I bought the most expensive unit believing would work better since has a longer range… Software of something needs to be updated otherwise will get smashed on the bank!

First time I usred it helped me to found squid feeding ground.

Better sonar image than on CHIRP+2. 3D maps are very beneficial. Weed detection is a great added value. The only missing feature is real time projection like by the competition with Downscan and sides can imaging.

I didn't get two parts, you exchanged for donscan and those parts where they are

When a missing screw was identified in the order, Deeper's customer service handled it brilliantly and sent out the replacement part immediately. Excellent gear and top-tier support when needed. Highly recommended!
