However, our warranty process always includes a detailed technical inspection to determine the root cause of a failure. If a manufacturing defect is identified, the device is repaired or replaced under warranty. If the inspection determines that the failure was caused by factors not covered by the warranty, such as accidental physical or water damage, we're unable to provide warranty service. In such cases, we often offer a goodwill discount on a new device. We're sorry that your experience left you disappointed.

Hello, thanks for your review. As per product description on the webpage of Deeper Magnetic Charging Cable, it works only with Deeper START, Range Extender and Quest Controller products. Your Deeper PRO+2 uses a micro USB or USB-C cable, depending on the year of manufacturing. You might already have such a cable at your house, so please try to use it.
