Dedicated.comReviews of dedicated.com

My organization needed to move some servers from a private office to a colocated facility. Dedicated was recommended through an archival vendor we had previously used, and they worked with us to create a customized hosting situation that fit our budget and met our needs. Not only were the staff at Dedicated knowledgable, but they were excellent communicators, patient in explaining technical material to our organization. Dedicated went above and beyond to assist us at every point in the transition process until we were back up and running better than before. Highly recommended.

I have been using dedicated for years.. Every time I have a need, they have always been more than responsive, and always ensure my needs are not only met, but excelled upon. Amazing communications and responses. I can't imagine using another service for my bare metal systems.

Been using US Dedicated since 2022 for colocation services, mainly in Dallas where I am. Never had an issue with the network or overall service. The facilities that they use and network setup is clearly high quality, and a good value.

We've been using Dedicated.com for a couple of co-located servers for a little over a year. They were very helpful during setup/on-boarding. Also have been very impressed with the communication regarding maintenance, and disruptions. Had a few issues here or there, but the support we received during these incidents was excellent. The co-location pricing is fair. Will continue to do business with them, and would recommend them to anyone looking for co-location.

Manage multiple cabinets here for financial ops. Their uptime is rock-solid and the entire team is professional and caring.

Recently made the switch to Dedicated.com for colocation and hosting services after experiencing poor service from former provider. To this point (several months in) we are very satisfied with the decision. The onboarding process was complicated but thankfully seamless due to close cooperation with the Dedicated team. The technical support we are receiving on an ongoing basis is great with most ticketing requests being resolved in hours. Very happy with the decision which has freed up our internal staff to focus on other technical priorities. Thank you Dedicated.com, keep it up!

Most real deal upfront server i have had in years! The price point for me as a start up, helped me set a secure structure for my company. Fast response, and top notch servers, if you really here to devlope then what else could you ask?

So far so good
