Don’t trust this company they sent me a product with a completely different finish than what’s on their website. What they sent me has a cheap painted finish with tiny yellow cheetah spots as the finish. Who wants a light like that. It is so ugly I would never put this in any house. They would not pay for me to return it I did not receive it until late at night 10/27 and I tried to go to return it 11/25 but Saul their return instructions conveniently expired 14 days after they sent me the instructions. I asked for new instructions and now today they are telling me I cannot return it. Even though they do not pay for the return label and even though they sold me a product that does not match the product on their website. I will be filing a formal complaint against this company

I ordered a windmill ceiling fan with a light kit and matching down rod from Decor Price 3/19/2020. I hired an electrician to put up the fan; unfortunately it wasn’t noticed until the light fixture portion was unboxed but it was broken. I phoned Roger at Decor Price. After I sent him pictures of the broken pieces, he promised another light fixture would be sent to me. After several more phone calls and emails, I was told by Max that I needed to box up the entire fan and light fixture and send it back. I had to pay my electrician to come and take down the fan. Six weeks later I received a new box with the ceiling fan, and light fixture.... but No down rod. I again had to make phone calls, waiting on hold, talking to Max, who always promised to take care of getting the down rod sent to me. Another month went by and my electrician fabricated a down rod and finally completed the installation. I nearly paid him what I paid for the fixture.... so frustrating. It’s now 11/17/2020... Nine months later I’m still asking Max to be reimbursed for a galvanized down rod that I paid Decor Price for but Never received. The staff at Decor Price don’t care about their customers.... once they have your money... they will leave you waiting on the phone, and unanswered emails. Do Not purchase anything from Decor Price! I had a terrible experience with them that went on for months. I sent a faulty George kovacs light. They are quite expensive. After much back and forth they would not send me another piece of glass unless I wanted to pay to have the entire lighting structure taken down and sent back to them first instead of sending the glass piece which screws on. They told me to pay for the item again to get another, which I ended up doing. The 2nd one came completely shattered. So I had the one installed with a faulty glass piece and another completely shattered one and had paid twice. I sent it back and they never refunded me. Luckily I had it all documented and had to go through a lengthy process all the way to credit card appeals bc they tried to only give half the story before I won my disputes. I would never work with them again ever. Dishonest.

My order was was placed 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Customer service is useless. I cannot ever recommend them

I ordered a crystal chandelier from this company that arrived damaged. I sent it back and asked for a replacement item. I was told by the rep that the damaged item needed to be sent to the manufacturer. After the last time (attempt 2) with getting the light, I realized I received the same exact item each and every time. Upon receiving the second box, it actually had my old shipping label still on it. This company is also calling themselves Designer Lighting and Fan and when you click on the link from Google search engine, the link sends you to selectionlighting.com.
