I strongly advise against shopping at DecorPrice.com. I placed an order (Order #2034895) for two Vaxcel Outdoor Security Flood Lights. Upon opening one package to check the eave mount function, I realized the lights are fundamentally unadjustable when eave mounted—only pointing straight at the ground. The manufacturer explicitly confirmed to me that this is a hardware limitation.Both fixtures are in brand-new, uninstalled condition and are packed perfectly in their original materials. Despite being well within DecorPrice's return policy window, a customer service representative named Roy Roy has repeatedly refused to issue return instructions, falsely claiming that a picture I sent shows the items were "installed." They refuse to honor their own return policy and have completely stopped cooperative communication. I have been forced to file formal disputes with the Better Business Bureau and my payment provider. Save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere.

This company is a scam and needs to be reviewed. Do not purchase from them.

I ordered 12 Kichler 15478AZT path lights and all were delivered FedEx. Took 10 days from order to Sunday delivery. No issues with product, all went together with no missing parts. Had to buy bulbs but states right in the ad bulbs not included. Was leary after reading all the negative reviews but all worked out well for me.

I had a minka aire gyro fan that needed to be replaced. The price for this was exceptional with decor price. It has been installed and works fine. All the pieces were there, including the 24-in downrod. My only complaint is that they charged my credit card immediately, but then took 10 to 12 days to send the fan out. I became the squeaky wheel that called every other day. Once it was sent out it got to me quickly. But I saved about $400 buying this fan from decor price

Do not buy anything from this company!!!! I would give a 0 but I can’t. The return policy states “EZ NO HASSLE RETURNS POLICY” . Well that is a complete lie!!! Good luck on returning anything! All you will get is a response from Roy stating that you are not within the 30 days even when you have proof that you are! And…..on top of that— they deleted all my emails proving I was in the 30 days, but I made sure to keep a copy. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and maybe have a lawyer look into a class action law suit! K. Fountain

Terrible customer service and a completely frustrating experience from start to finish. The item was listed as “in stock,” yet it took weeks to arrive. When it finally did, it was the wrong item entirely. Communication and accountability were essentially nonexistent. Attempts to get clear answers on shipping, or any ownership of the fulfillment mistake were met with poor, unhelpful responses. The return process was equally disappointing—confusing, awfully managed, and requiring me to cover return shipping costs for an error that was entirely theirs. Overall, inaccurate inventory, delayed fulfillment, and misleading business practices throughout. Left me questioning the legitimacy of the operation and I would strongly advise against ordering from this seller.

Kichler light. Purchased eight. One was defective. Poor communication and no return. I’m out money, time, and frustration.
