Loved our time there. A great challenge!

It was a fun for me and my boys!

I entered the wrong shipping address for a box I ordered as a gift and immediately emailed support. Since it was a Saturday I worried the box would be shipped before the address could be corrected. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response an hour or two later and relieved the address could be corrected by the support person without any further intervention on my part. The box arrived to the correct place, on time, and was enjoyed by all recipients!

A variety of puzzles, fun storytelling, and excellent customer service makes the mysteries so much fun! They also have a hint group where you can connect with others. I have every box they have released and can't wait for more!

This is one of the best mystery boxes we’ve played. The content is immersive, cohesive, and not overly complicated. While we do wish there were more multimedia elements to it as there is a lot of reading, it is still well worth the effort as the stories are always well thought out. Customer service really has not been apath we’ve had to go down as far as problems go, but I will say we’ve never had a late or missed box nor have we had anything missing from our boxes. There are content lists in the site to guide you on what should be included in your box as well a means to obtaining the useful parts of said items should they be missing. Hints are available as well. All around, a great experience.

Deadbolt not only has an amazing product with great puzzles, in-depth stories, and interactive components, but they have top notch customer service as well as being extremely interactive with their audience. Your not just buying a mystery box with Deadbolt Mystery Society, you are getting a full interactive experience! Screw the 5 star rating system, these people deserve the whole galaxy!!! They are amazing!
