The mysteries are always well-done, detailed and different! No box feels the same and it brings my family together once a month no matter how far flung we are!

We have had a subscription for the last 2 years plus we buy 8-10 extra boxes a year. These are fun and since they are a complete mystery in each box we can usually complete 2 boxes in one night! Girls night is so much better now that we solve the crimes instead of just watching ID channel! Snacks, wine, 4 of us (3 generations) and a couple deadbolt boxes is the best formula for a good time!

Thanks for the review, Robert! Snacks, wine, good friends and an exciting murder mystery to sink your teeth into does sound like the best formula for a good time!

The phones are down and the tv is off. Takes us between 3 to 4 hours to complete a box and is the perfect date night for us.

These are fun challenging (sometimes too challenging) mysteries. Love the different stories they come up with especially the ones with recurring characters. Its a great excuse to shut off the TV and just focus on having an enjoyable family night in.

Thanks, Leigh! The story lines are the best part! Solving the puzzles gets you one step closer to finding out what happens next! Glad to hear you are enjoying the mystery boxes and we appreciate the review.

Deadbolt Mystery Society is my all time favorite murder mystery box! (Sometimes it's just a mystery...without a murder.) Most boxes take an average of 2-3 hours to complete, so I really feel like I'm getting my money's worth. They definitely lean heavily on the puzzle aspect of mystery solving, so if you love all kinds of puzzles, these are the perfect boxes for you!

Thanks, Brandi! We do our best to create challenging, but not impossible, puzzles with all of our subscription boxes. We are so glad you are enjoying them and appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review!

We always enjoy the boxes. We all have different strength on puzzles so it's nice for some brain testing every now and then.

Thank you for the review, Michelle! We agree that our boxes are a great way to give your brain a workout!

This company has amazing customer experience. They truly care about their customers and making sure that people who purchase their products have a good experience. I have been a subscriber for 2 or 3 years at this point and have never been disappointed. One month I accidentally threw away a collector card that came with my box. DMS actually sent me a new one even though I was the one completely at fault! I can't say enough good things about this company.

Thank you so much for your recommendation, Ashley! We count ourselves lucky for customers like you and look forward to working with you again to solve mysteries and keep Valley Falls safe!
