I emailed the customer service the same day I received my item. Within 30 minutes I received a response and was assisted by the customer service rep Autumn. Received my products but were wrong size
Received my products and they were the wrong size. I emailed the support department and within 10mins I had new ones coming in the correct size. Thankyou for everything Autumn, you’re amazing 👍🏼

Great Product!!
Hi! The mousepad I order was amazing and very well designed!! Very happy with the product and will order again, only thing I can suggest is shipping could be faster, it took almost 3 and a half weeks/1month to arrive Thank you again!

Poor quality, not what was advertised
The sweatshirt was supposed to have Goku only on the front and the entire back was supposed to be the same as the sleeves. Mine has Goku front and back. Next, the entire art to the sweatshirt looks like a tiny pic that was stretched way too big.
