I can only judge them on my experience. I ordered a cast iron Dutch oven for bread, it was on sale so cheap. Turned up today, well packaged. Obviously I can't comment on returns but for me it was all good

I left a review on Trust Pilot, regarding my refund not appearing in my bank statements from Debenhams. I gave it 1 star with all negative comments. However I have just received my money back into my account from Debenhams, so I do feel I would now use Debenhams again with caution.

I ordered 3 items thinking I was ordering from Debenhams £98. Only after placing my order i realised it was DBZ, went to look at reviews which are awful so I panicked and tried to cancel, but I'm glad I didn't, All items arrived very quickly and well wrapped all are excellent quality, I am very happy

I can't fault this site. My order, which was a good price, arrived quickly. As it is a Christmas present I haven't had to think about returning it for any reason.
