Although, my purchase did not come before xmas, I did receive it in good condition and the man's small fit my 9 yr old grandson. My grandson was thrilled with the sweatshirt. When I was getting concerned about the length of time it was taking without any word from DBZ, I contacted them and they were on it straight away. I am happy with the service.

My order was cancelled originally but Amber helped with it explained the difference between the versions of what I was buying and helped replace my order and assured it went through.

Customer service rep Autumn took care of me. She deescalated me well and answered all my questions and solved my problems and left me satisfied. I will continue to shop with dbz store because of my experience with autumn.

I would love to leave a review, but I received a notice the item had been shipped, but when I check the tracking number it shows a shipping label was created 6 days ago and the USPS is still waiting for the item, so it still hasn’t actually been shipped.

So I bought a DBz shirt. Arrived early but the size was way off. Autumn (this person is real and no I’m not a bot making up this review btw) took care of it. Remade the order for me. Amazing customer
