So far so good
Seems nice so far, it is an early christmas present. Shipping time could have been a little better, or at least a more accurate tracker. Seems as though it is what I ordered, so cheers I guess?

Poor shipping - Quick resolution
Unfortunately I ordered items that I needed for an event 3 weeks in advanced. After several calls to customer service I was told that no expectations could be set on delivery, and I ended up only receiving part of the order before the event. It was a bit of a let down as we were excited to get our items, but Paul with the customer service team was quick to understand because of the late arrival and partial order our intent for these items were fruitless. Paul was quick to provide resolution in this matter which definitely influences my decision to be a returning shopper at the DBZ Store.

Great reactivity
I don't yet have my order in hand when this review is written but I'm quite impressed by the reactivity of the Custommer Support (thanks again Amber). I send a question in the evening thinking I might received an answer the next day but I got one 5 min after. Can't wait to receive my order
