DO NOT FALL FOR IT. There is no initial voucher. They charge you $49 upon completion of the first service. My first cleaner showed up one hour late WITH TWO SMALL CHILDREN (hello, liability). I had to turn her down. The second cleaner LEFT THE TRASH LEAKING BY THE FRONT DOOR after spending 30m outside. She also left dried egg on the refrigerator after I asked her TWICE to clean the refrigerator and added and lid for one extra hour for refrigerator cleaning. Their answer? “Their reviews are fine” They will not waive the $168 early termination fee nor reimburse the $49 membership I will NOT be using. They take 5 days to answer to an email. They did not address my BBB complain.

Advertised prices are fake - once you pay for the required membership fee $50.00/month - the advertised price for $20/hour changes; Supposedly you are allowed to choose a cleaner that matches your price range - but even if you submit requests, they end up matching you to a random one that charges 150% of the advertised price. The cleaning service is subpar, at best - superficial cleaning.

I’ve been using the service for five months. In that time they have sent me multiple different cleaners. I have a set appointment once a week to have my house cleaned. It takes me two hours to clean it, so I allowed three. Some of the cleaners sent have cleaned it in two hours, others three hours, and a couple of them took 4 hours. My two bedroom house is only 980 ft.² Some of the people they sent seem to have their own supplies and others don’t seem to have any supplies. Some seem like they’ve cleaned before, but most seem like they’re new to cleaning. They have completely missed two appointments in the time I’ve been subscribed and now they want $153 if I want to cancel the service! Beware! I just wanted a regular weekly cleaning service, which is something apparently they cannot supply.

I scheduled a cleaning 2 weeks ago and have been receiving several text confirmations from a cleaner named Trish who accepted and confirmed. Then without appropriate or even professional notice, she cancels just prior to the cleaning and I can't get anyone from Dazzling Cleaner to discuss this issue. I am so disappointed and never would have hired a company with unreliable and unprofessional cleaners especially when I can't reach them to let them know how disappointed I am

Service is terrible. Never heard from my cleaner. Waited hours and no way to communicate with company.

Dishonest website with fake reviews. They will dupe you into signing for a welcome voucher and without your knowledge enroll you into monthly payments and if you try to cancel it before 6 months- will charge you another 200 dollars for cancellation. Don’t fall for this.

Terrible experience. Last week I paid extra for fridge cleaning, but didn't receive it. The cleaner even brought her kid who sat on my couch watching TV... The company refused to refund my money. Today was my wife's last chemo treatment after a year long battle with breast cancer. They were supposed to come clean while we were in treatment. A cleaner scheduled, even confirmed, then totally ghosted. Was super disappointed to come home to a dirty house. This company sucks.

Another cancelled appointment by the cleaner! Less than 30 minutes before she’s supposed to be here! This is ridiculous!!!!
