I would give this zero stars if I could. Lorena didn’t show up for her first appointment. I have 7 kids and run 2 businesses. I expect people to be on time. I gave her 30 mins and called her. She was asleep. She said she had mixed up the days and thought it was for tomorrow. So I told her I would reschedule her for tomorrow. Here we are. Today is tomorrow and she still didn’t come. I messaged my cleaner and still haven’t heard back. This company does not value your time. I will find a new company.

Don’t trust the raving reviews, which are for the cleaners mostly and not the company. Here was my experience: I signed up for the service because I was desperate for a deep cleaning during a weekend, and all of the cleaners in my metropolitan area either don’t clean on weekends or were already booked. I knew going into it that the first cleaning would be deeply discounted. I also knew that there would be a fee for early cancellation. I’m not sure what other customers experienced, but this was my experience: the first cleaning took six hours, and my cleaner was good. He told me ahead of time the things that he would not clean, which I was fine with. But if I’m being completely honest, the cleaners that I used before Covid would have done far more than what he did for a deep clean. The total charge from the company was $79. For where I live that is *ridiculously* cheap. It was so cheap I tipped him an extra $100, not only for the fact he was not being charged much but also for the fact that it was on a weekend. I received a notification that I needed to schedule another cleaning within two weeks. We were going on vacation, so I changed it to once a month. When the time came for the same cleaner to come back, we really didn’t need the cleaning, but I knew I wanted to get away from this company after the six month trial period was over, so I allowed him to come and clean. I also assumed this cleaning would be discounted as I had accrued extra discounts by tipping online, etc. But when I got the bill it was $250. If this wasn’t the normal price for cleaning in my area, I would’ve been completely dumbfounded. And angry. As it was, I looked into canceling my contract. I could see this wasn’t going to end well. I had to pay an additional $286 for the privilege of canceling the rest of my trial period and my account. Plus there was a transaction fee, which I have no idea what that was about. I have no idea why the reviews are so high here. I encourage people to go to Yelp, because the Google reviews that you see are only for the cleaners and not for the company. The one-star reviews are legit. If you live in an area with a low cost of living, this is NOT a service you want to sign up for. Likewise, if you live in an area with a high cost of living, and need a good regular cleaning service that deeply discounts you for doing certain things like tipping and reviewing online, this is might not a bad deal, assuming you actually receive those discounts. But buyer beware.

Destiny was on time, communicated professionally and did an excellent job for 3 full hours. I have scheduled her for future appointments.

Most of the critique I have is with the website/communication itself. It is extremely misleading. Sure they have a tab on their website that explains the membership. As an expert in Digital Marketing as well as tactics companies use to sucker customers into becoming recurring members, I see what they are doing here. They offer a voucher for $19 dollars for 3 hours. There is an immediate button so you click on it right away from wherever you saw the promotion. 99% of people click on the button without navigating the entire website. That is fact. Once you click on the button it takes you through the process of booking your first appointment. At the end, you are told to leave your card number for a number of reasons that have nothing to do with the ongoing membership fee. Your total is 0$ and everyone is happy. Then you get your service and boom, $49 on top of what you pay for your cleaning fee. And guess what? there is no getting out of it because you checked the "I agree" box with all the included information in beat around the bush phrasing in almost ridiculously small print, you are screwed. After working with an agency that represented several large scale hospitality companies, I generally refuse to work with companies like this. This are greedy business owners who are knowingly trying to deceive customers to make a buck. I would go ahead and steer clear as there are many reputable cleaning services that offer upfront pricing and better customer service. My company as flagged them as "Misleading". As far as the service itself, it was fine. She asked if she could leave after 2 hours instead of 3 and didn't change the sheets as agreed, but for $19 I wasn't even a little angry. I even tipped her $30 because the deal was so good. Now, was that cleaning service worth the total of $120 I actually spent? No. I knew there was a chance this might happen, but I wanted to see if I just went through the process the way they directed you, if it would end up an honest transaction, or if they were hiding/witholding information to sucker customers into a membership. I was trying give the benefit of the doubt... Unfortunately, I was proven right.

Absolute rip off! And they continue to charge you when you aren't even using their services. Pay attention to the reviews! Only the ones under ad in small writing which they pay for are good. All others like Yelp are one star for over 350! That's the lowest rating one can give 1 star. I'll have to run an add campaign to come out before them just to let everyone know that's targeted by the same algorithm that they are horrible! Watch me
