My appointment is on September 25, but I want to say how well the service is with Emma, the coordinator, turning confusion into understanding.

Dazzling Cleaning sent us a "top rated" cleaner who made me feel scared in my home then charged me $200 and gave me $20 credit for "next time." Our last cleaner was absolutely terrible. He spent at least 45 minutes talking instead of cleaning, saying he needed to kill time because he cleaned so fast. He asked to take a shot of my rum, and as a female alone in her apartment at 5:30pm at night, I was too afraid to say no. He then proceeded to continue filling his shot glass, drinking at least 3-4 shots in total. He talked about his personal life, how his other clients give him drugs and food, his past history of cheating on his girlfriend. When my girlfriend came home, he started asking us about being queer and our sex lives, making us incredibly uncomfortable and scared. He said he wanted us to rebook him so he could cook for us, then he wanted to organize our house and bring in a videographer. He showed us photos from inside every other house he had cleaned. He said he was afraid of dogs, but that he was used to them. We kept our dogs in their crates, as we always do. He said they were fine, but if he got attacked, he would kill them. He then spoke in detail about all the ways he would kill a dog, graphically describing ripping their throats in front of any owner, no matter what they felt. He then later let our dogs out of their crates because they "seemed cool," but we quickly put them back up when he lunged at one of them for quietly barking. He stayed over an hour past his cleaning time, saying he wanted to avoid going home and asked to reheat his dinner. We had to lie and say we had plans, so he finally left at 10pm. On top of all of that, he barely cleaned anything. When I canceled our service and told them, they still charged us the $188 and said we should have asked the cleaner himself for a partial refund. I can't believe I had to pay for trauma. Unethical, horrible, immoral company that has left me afraid in my own home for the safety of my family.

Won’t be using this company again. They hardly did anything and left early. The one thing I specifically wanted done was a fridge cleaned out and they didn’t touch it.

The voucher is a way to hook you in to a 6 month contract. I received 2 visits > 5 months ago. One of which my original cleaner canceled last minute and a new one took her place. She was over 2 hours late and took the entire 10 hours that I purchased and stayed in the kitchen. My kitchen was not filthy as I have a regular cleaner so to say I was dissappointed is an understatement. So, when requesting a cancellation. 5 months later they want to charge me an additional 350 dollars to cancel. It is a scam, the cleaners are poorly vetted and the service is substandard. Do not waste your money

This company is corrupt. After they failed to clean my house, they had the audacity to charge my card additional $163 on top of $49 and $19. Luckily my spouse is the District of attorney and I had to take legal action. Do NOT PROVIDE THEM ANY INFO OR SLLOW THRM TO YOUR HOUSE. You don’t know what they will take note on and got you on later.

Terrible. My cleaner claimed “based on Google gps I got to your house on time” and refused to work the full amount. I work from home.. she had called me and told me she’d be late due to a flat tire. Must have been a lie since the next time she came and I asked for the verbally agreed upon make up time she told me she had been here! From there cleaning was crap, she didn’t follow the companies standard items that would be done every clean but instead did what she wanted. Like laundry. Or cleaning a room a said not to worry about. Did my kitchen get cleaned thoroughly? No because at the end she told me she ran out of time and I’d have to front more money for it. Happened more than once. Tried to change cleaners since you’re locked into their member ship but I had 2 no shows and multiple never respond to my requests. If you want to talk to customer service you can forget about it! You’re stuck in an endless loop talking to an AI bot that always directs you to your cleaner. I never got someone from “corporate”. Absolute mess and scam do not fall for it

They promote a scam service of "Forever Clean" -- offering a better hourly rate as part of a monthly membership. It's a SCAM. They charge a 15-20% service fee on top of the cleaning appointment as well as a $49 monthly fee. To cancel - I had a nearly $300 cancellation charge that was to cover the "savings" they had given me as part of the membership. You will be paying (unknowingly) for more than just the cleaning if you use their services. Avoid at all cost!

My cleaner cancelled the day and time she was supposed to arrive, blaming Dazzing Cleaning for a miscommunication. Seem like an unorganized business. This was supposed to be my first cleaning.
