Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

I had this cleaning service for four months. Terrible! What a scam. Hardly anything would get cleaned. I even paid extra to clean my fridge. What a waste! They always show up late with excuses. I leave a very specific list of things to do, and they probably don't even read it. The only thing that gets done each time is the toilet. I'm paying $49/mo and this last I paid $86.25 for my clean. That's almost $140 to have almost nothing cleaned. The worst cleaning service that you could ever hire.

This is a Scam. They send unqualified people with attitudes. then charge your card over and over even when you have "cancelled". There is no Customer service number or chat bot. I have registered my complaint w/ BBB as well - and there were 1000s already in there. Which says, shame on me. Do NOT use this company - also they often change the name.

SCAM! AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE!!!! THE CLEANER DIDN'T CLEAN ANYTHING AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE COMPANY THEY SAID IT'S TOO LATE TO REQUEST A REFUND because 72 hours have passed. Not only that, they also charged me for a full service and fees because I canceled my membership before 6 months have passed. This is a joke website. Maybe you'll pay slightly higher price somewhere else, but at least there will be someone to talk to and complain. DO NOT USE!

Beware! this company is a total scam. They will promise $19, then charge you $52 and then keep charging your card. Also they automatically sign you up and if you try to cancel they will want to charge you $184 for the first cleaning!! this is a total scam. Dont fall for it

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD MONTHLY UNTIL WITHOUT SERVICING YOUR HOME $19 IS A TOTAL SCAM JUST SO YHEY CAN GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. HORRIBLE COMPANY

This company is known for deceiving their customers and has over 200 complaints with the Better Business Bureau along with a rare F rating. They tricked me along with hundreds of other people. There's even a full Facebook page dedicated to warning potential customers of their tricks to get your money. PLEASE BE AWARE.

No phone or email support should be a clue to a disguised scam. They did not supply me with an acceptable cleaner. The only woman available cleaned twice then canceled at least 3 times after that. The company did not provide another cleaner. I stopped payment on the monthly fee with American Express for their non-performance.

The 5 star reviews here are a scam. I’ve had two appointments with Dazzling Cleaning and both were disasters. The first cleaner showed up 3 hours late. For the second appointment, no one showed up at all. I tried to reach out through your customer service with no response. This is unacceptable. They charged me full price even after I canceled due to poor service, ignoring their advertised promotions. Zero customer service or support numbers. Zero follow up on their contact forms Then I got charge $135 for CANCELLING after 1 cleaning and another failed to show up. Happy to pay this fee to be completely rid of this company for the rest of my life.
