AVOID AVOID !!!!!! After initial cleaning with voucher cleaning (if that's what you want to call it 6 hrs., she was there for 2 hours then left) I have scheduled numerous cleaners, and no one shows up. I prepare to have my house cleaned and nothing. Cannot cancel membership without being charged an enormous amount of money. BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EVER been TAKEN FOR!! I really feel sorry for the scum bags who own this business praying on the elderly not being upfront with the openness of the continued costs associated with this. It totally disgusts me! And to top it all OFF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to talk to. You can only response through email no humans Or they send u an auto mated text over an over .

Purely fraud. Ad says $19.99 for 3 hours cleaning(never mentioned a thing about member), I purchased, then it auto-enrolled me to a membership which is $53.34 after cleaning. So I tried to cancel the membership. After cancel it charges me extra $157.67 for my first time cleaning. So in total $231 for a 3 hour cleaning service. Even though the cleaner's hourly price is $23.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. This company outsources the absolute worst cleaners. After 4 visits my house was not even close to clean. Don’t waste your time or money. Buyer beware.

I am submitting this review due to egregiously poor service and lack of response from Dazzling Clean after prepaying for cleaning services that were never rendered. Despite multiple contacts attempting to resolve the issue, they have provided no services, refunded no money, and refused to communicate at all. I booked and prepaid $79 through the Dazzling Clean website for a cleaning appointment. No cleaner arrived for the scheduled appointment on (I did attempt to find the contact in-between) and I received no communication from the company about any cancellation or issue. Once again, I $79 for a cleaning appointment, (not realizing it was the same company until after). Again, no cleaner arrived for the appointment, and no one contacted me. There was zero contact from the company. I had a hard time finding the contact for them too. No number or email and no response to my online requests. Over the following few months, I attempted to message Dazzling Clean to request a refund, through channels like their website contact form and search for others way. None of my more than a dozen attempts to contact them received any response. I was never able to reach a representative. The company provided no phone number, email, or address for direct contact on their website or booking confirmations. Their published contact channels did not work. I ultimately disputed the double payments ($158 total) with my bank, but the disputes were denied as the payments had already processed. To date I have received absolutely no services, communication, or refund from Dazzling Clean after paying them for two appointments worth $158. Attempts at Resolution: I have made over a dozen attempts to contact Dazzling Clean by phone, email, social media, and other channels to obtain a refund, all of which were ignored. I disputed the charges with my bank to recover the $158 owed, but they would not reverse the payments. Dazzling Clean has made no effort to resolve this situation or communicate despite my persistent contact attempts over several months. At this point they have outright stolen my money and I am considering legal action. Their conduct is utterly unethical and provides clear proof of their deceptive business practices. I am filing this report to prevent the same happening to other consumers.

Dazzling cleaning is a scam. It will not cost you $19, it will cost hundreds! They have you click a link to join and get charged $50 a month on top of having to pay cleaners $20-$25 an hour plus tip. DO NOT JOIN, IT IS A SCAM. Then when you try to cancel, they try to charge you $205.00 to cancel. SCAM DO NOT USE OR TRUST!

Avoid using this service at all costs. I want to ensure that Tonya R. receives this honest review. My experience with her was absolutely terrible. Despite receiving confirmation via text message and the platform, she failed to show up for my scheduled appointments. This resulted in a complete waste of my time on two occasions. During the first appointment, she claimed that I wasn't on her calendar and rescheduled. On the second occasion, she assured me that she would arrive at 9 am but never showed up. To make matters worse, she refuses to respond to any of my calls or texts. Tonya R., or perhaps I should call her Karen, thank you for wasting my valuable time. Rest assured, karma will catch up with you. I’m currently waiting on customers service to return my call

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! They have false marketing, misleading, absolutely poor service, the first cleaner cancelled 10 minutes before the appointment, the second cleaner showed up 2 hours late and left within 1 hour, and then they charged my card $225 dollars for 1 hour of cleaning! Absolute worst customer service!
