They are the biggest crooks out there. You sign up to spend a minimum of 500$ regardless of what happens to your family or home. They will take your money and will never let you out of it. I have chatted with the robot for months and I am still paying for this crap service. I have never had to write a negative review on a service but save yourself the hassle and headache and avoid this company and anyone associated with it!!!!!

Theft; breach of contract...
The company will charge you a monthly fee even though they never send out someone to clean. They try not to be accountable.
After multiple emails explaining a contract has expectations from both parties, not just the consumer, they still threaten to take money from me.
Now I am taking this to the local police because this is theft.

Sneaky & Unethical
Unethical overcharges. Sneaky terms and agreements. They’re blasting instagram Facebook ads for $20 cleanings, automatically sign you up for 6 months and charge $154 if you cancel early. Unethical company

The membership said free cancellation
The membership said free cancellation, and also it did not say you’re required to 6 months of membership but after 2 months I had canceled my membership and was automatically charged $227 without my authorization. I was not given a choice to either continue paying for another 4 months or pay the $227. Paying the 4 months would have only cost $196. I have not heard back from them since emailing which is the only way to contact them

This company is an absolute thief
This company is an absolute thief! They entrap you in getting the subscription for $49 and once you are subscribed they charge you for 30/hr "platform fee" PLUS the cleaner's rate/hr PLUS the subscription fee! Now, if you want to cancel the subscription they would charge you in a way that you pay twice as high for a regular cleaner outside of the company! They service they give is also very average and not salifying at all!

Fraud - Beware about recurring charges
Beware about recurring charges. I ended up paying for whole six months just by signing up for 3-hour cleaning. Read the terms as below hidden in their sign-up page.
ForeverClean memberships will automatically renew on a monthly basis and your credit or debit card will be charged your monthly membership fee (taxes may apply) unless you cancel prior to your next billing cycle. Membership fees are due immediately upon renewal and are non-refundable. Thus, if you cancel after your membership is renewed, you will be charged for the entire month regardless of when you cancel your ForeverClean membership.

This company does not save you any $$…
This company does not save you any $$ at all. They charge $49 a month, and a $15 service fee for every clean ( not disclosed in initial agreement), plus a few other small taxes and fees. The cleaners all charge $22-35 per hour, not $19.95 like the ad claims. Most charge around $30 an hour So a one bedroom apartment costs about $170 to clean once a month. The cleaners don't usually have their own vacuum, mop, or cleaning supplies. If you don't have a high end vacuum, a nice new mop, and commercial grade cleaning products for stainless steel, chrome, granite etc, you will probably get a cleaning comparable to Motel 6 housekeeping services. Sometimes you get lucky, and your place looks nice when they are done. But you're going to end up paying double the amount, that the ads promise. If you complain, they will probably throw you a credit for your next clean. But overall it's a rip off.
If it wasn't near impossible to find a cleaning service these days, and I was not recovering from an injury, I would have cancelled already. Can't wait till my 6 months are up
