Cleaners don’t show up for appointments not at the fault of their own but because the company is so poorly managed, and processes are so inefficient. I had four cleaners scheduled and all of them were double booked by dazzling clean so they had to cancel on me finally when dazzling clean sent a cleaner, she only did about 25% of the cleaning in my home. This is a very poorly managed company and I would encourage everyone not to work with them.

Do not bother! They charged me 400.00 for services I never received. I asked them to cancel over and over but they just kept charging me and then said it was in the small print and that I agreed to be charged. This company is very dishonest. This is a scam.

HORRIBLE. No possible direct communication - everything goes though the app and cleaners CANCEL at the last minute - posibblu b/c a more attractive job pops up. Several cleameras have gven me sob stories and taken advatnge of my trust and generosity. Srioulsy STAY AWAY. And ne wary of ALL app-based cleaning services. I think there are many names that appear to be independnt compainies that all book through the same master portal.

SCAM ALERT! Cleaning is not the problem. We assumed by their word on the phone that all cancellations took place. We did not realize a card was being charged for 6 more months at $49 each! Dishonest business practices shouldn’t be allowed to be in business. They offered a half hour free to slap us in face.

They are just Scam. First they will tell you to book the cleaning for 19 dollars and you don’t have to pay extra. Next they will charge extra money once your service is over, I mean the person cleans up. Total scam, do not try this company ever.

I only had two cleanings. Neither was up to par. They did not do even the minimal, like wipe my stove or hood. It is very expensive. $50 per month to be the liaison on top of the $25 per hour. You will get much better service connecting with your neighbors. Also, a cleaner signed up for my job on a Saturday and had to cancel. Maybe someone would pick it up, too bad for me if no one did so the monthly fee accounts for nothing. Also it is very complicated to find how to cancel your plan, intentionally. The fee for cancelling was higher than originally stated but I did not care. I wanted out.

There is no one to talk to when your account is overcharged. After complaining via site messaging chat my account was locked to where I could not cancel, or take my credit card out. no one is available to talk. I called my credit card company to reimburse a double charge, and that's when I received an automated email stating I'd have to pay 192.00 even though my 6-month contract started in May and did not get service till July due to their no-shows. I would not sign up with dazzling.

DO NOT USE. The cleaning itself was cheap and poorly done. But what's bad is that they have a double membership. You "cancel the cleaning service" but then they still charge you a membership fee for your "Forever Clean" membership. Complete BS.
