When I saw the ads for the $19 for 3 hours, I thought cool that's cheap. What I didn't realize was that that was just a way of getting my info and then charging me the $49+. And if I cancel before 6 months I will be charged more for canceling. I had a person come out and she did a good job, I just do not like that they scammed you, the company that is. I tried to get in contact with them but there is no phone number or address or even an online chat to go to. I went to my bank and they gave me a number to call so we'll see.

The company is awful and a complete scam. They charge you fees without your knowledge and consent. $15 per hour in a “priority fee” when you book near to a holiday but they don't let you know until they charge you. Make yourself a favor and RUN from this company.

Terrible. Hidden fees in almost every transaction and fraud with their marketing. They charge u fees that you’re not notified of or are in the small print. Some of the cleaners are trash depending on which one you get. They scam you so you stay the full 6 months with no transparency into their fees. I had to clean every time after or hire other cleaners and they are not as cheap as they say and they pair you with cleaners not based on price.

It's a total scam. They employ people with no experience. They provided first cleaning service for less than $100 however, they charged membership fee for $50 a month without me knowing. They did it for 3 months before I found out. I paid $150 membership for nothing. Eventually when I cancelled the so-called membership they charged another $250 for the first cleaning service. In summary, I paid $450 for a 6 hrs cleaning service. What a fraudster and a scam!

The cleaning lady is not the issue- the issue is with the company itself. how you going to advertise for $19.99 a month then turn around and charge double that, plus extra extra for your services that hasn't even happened. YOU A FRAUD! The cleaning lady however was good/decent - But the way they catch you with backend fees is stupidddddddddddddd

Cleaners don’t show 95% of the time. Then you’re stuck with a credit that you can’t use and you can’t cancel until you’re with them for six months. I consider it a scam!

Absolutely the worst cleaning app ever. No customer service line or even a chat feature, just email which is sometimes hard since your waiting for a reply before your next question. The fees are ridiculous if you cancel. The scheduling aspect terrible also, my cleaner always had to reschedule because he was accidentally double booked. I hated not having my home cleaned when I requested it. Would never recommend this app. You’re better off finding someone on fb marketplace! If you sign up you’re stuck for 6 months! And it might be cheaper to just get charged 6 months with no cleaner, than to get charged the cancellation fee.
