Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

If there was a way to give zero stars I would 💯 This company is a fraud. They tell you your first cleaning is free then try to charge you $154.25 to cancel if you do not want to continue. I just simply will not use the service. They can keep their total all they want in order to cancel bc there wasn't a total anyway. The cleaner that came did a half job and wasn't worth the free appointment so NO! I have reported this to the BBB.

Dazzling Cleaning is unprofessional. Last month, on the 24th or 25th of Nov, 2023, I had a confirmed cleaning appointment with them, but I was waiting for someone to show up. Unfortunately, no one showed up. I then received a false email saying I had rescheduled the appointment, which I didn't. Because of this, I made a new appointment on the 15th of Dec, 2023, based on their availability, but once again, no one showed up without any communication or reason. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. How could you miss the commitments without any explanation?

I’m not surprised with all the unhappy reviews here. I won’t repeat everything that has been said. The company is a scam. You can’t talk to anyone but they will email you. I got the cleaners number on the first visit so I hounded her when she didn’t show -twice-always some lame excuse.but came the next day. She never finished our entire condo …I had to do the rest after she left . What she did was good which is why I kept with her through the contract. I felt we should tip her generously. You KNOW the company is getting the money. The cleaners are not being paid their rate. And they charge tax. So it’s $8-$14 more each visit. No cleaning people I ever had charged tax. When contract was up I ran as far from Dazzling Clean as I could. Advice: DO NOT START WITH THEM.

This is a total scam. I purchased a one time voucher for cleaning, and was locked into a non-cancellable subscription for 6 months. The voucher you purchase is just for the membership fee, and the actual cleaners require a separate hourly fee. They charge the membership fee regardless of whether or not a cleaning is booked for the month. On top of all that, they have TERRIBLE customer service. Can’t express enough how much I wish I had never fallen for the initial voucher offer. Total scam.

Not only is the membership platform confusing, and a huge waste of money, I have tried multiple times to book a cleaner to come out and multiple times I have been ghosted and or told they were double booked and required rescheduling. This customer service is absolutely atrocious and nearly nonexistent and I do not recommend anybody use this platform. Find a cleaner and work with them directly, but definitely ditch this scam of a system that steals your money and has no quality control processes in place. Highly disappointed, and could not stress enough how frustrating this process has been.

The experience has been awful. We have had about five no-shows, two after the cleaning was supposed to start. Given that we stayed home for the no-shows it was super inconvenient. The two cleanings we did have were mediocre at best. One was a good cleaner but incredibly slow. After four hours, she had only completed the kitchen. The second seemed to be under the influence. I have now chosen to terminate the agreement early. That will cost me $175. Which makes the first cleaner $53 per hour.

I have scheduled appointments 5 different times. Only one person showed up and she came on the wrong day. Avoid this company. I would rate a zero if it was an option.

I would rate a zero if I could. First cleaner was an absolute no-show, decided to give them another. Try second cleaner worked at a snails pace, so I didn’t want them back again. Third time I tried, and they canceled the day before. When requesting to cancel my membership, they refused even though I told them they were not keeping up their end of the deal. Impossible to deal with their customer service. No phone number to speak to anyone and emails are answered at two in the morning so probably in another country. Absolutely ridiculous, don’t waste your time or money. For something that’s supposed to ease your stress it causes nothing but stress .
