This company has absolutely horrible customer service.

Horrible. Canceled membership in November and they continue to charge me in December. Stay away.

It's impossible to speak to anyone. Their policy says you can cancel up to 24 hours without being charged. I rescheduled my appointment 48 hours ahead of time and they did not notify the cleaner, so I'm going to be charged anyway. If you have any issue, there is no way of speaking to a human at all. They charge $50 monthly, no customer support. I'll never use them again!

I feel I am scammed. I was under the assumption that I signed up for a one time service, but I was enrolled in a contract and breaking the contract requires me to pay $195.

If I can rate 0 star, I will! Very poor service, company assign cleaners without confirming availabilities, cleaner just cancelled or re-schedule randomly, caused lot troubles for one appointment! Cleaners are not being professional at all!

I have booked 8 cleaning services and have only had one. Each time I receive a cleaning person, followed by confirmation, then a reminder, the exactly 24 hours before a sorry message with a cancellation. The one cleaning that showed was so poor I still had to clean after she left. I’ve reached out to the company seven times already to no avail and I can’t cancel with out paying for six months, yet, I also cannot get any cleaning done.

This service is a nationwide scam that preys on everyone including the elderly. DO NOT use their service. They took a personal check as payment from my 80 yr old mother and then claimed that the bank wouldn't cash it. The cleaner then came by to collect the payment in cash and then cashed her check. Spread the word about these criminals!

It is a bait and switch company. You "think" you are getting a deal on cleaning only to find out you are then paying $49 A MONTH for a MEMBERSHIP so you can get reduced cleaning services... and if you want to cancel you are charged $134 (their full price) for your first cleaning. I canceled my membership and they still sent a cleaner to my house 3 days later, I was out of state for Thanksgiving.... cleaner did not clean my home and I was charged $69.00 for that. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY
