The portrait have a terrible quality. Just God knows what is happening in the mouths areas and the eyes are literally a pink dark stain. Never again
Response from DavincifiedMar 12, 2026
Hi Pasquale, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the result didn’t meet your expectations. With paint-by-numbers kits, the final effect can vary depending on the quality, lighting, and details of the original photo—especially around complex areas like eyes and mouths. Because of this, we developed the painting preview tool on our website, which shows how the image will be converted before placing an order. This helps customers see the expected result in advance and choose the best photo possible. If you’d like, you’re always welcome to reach out to our support team with the image you used and we’d be happy to take another look and offer guidance for a better result in the future. 🎨 Best Regards, Mary The Davincified Team
