This was my first purchase and it will…
This was my first purchase and it will not be my last. Beautiful canvas, paint pots are awesome. Hardly had to add liquid because the texture was a nice flo. Thank you for a quick delivery. Very happy customer.

Hi Carmela, This absolutely made my day, thank you so much for sharing your experience! I’m thrilled to hear that your first purchase was such a great one. We put a lot of care into the canvas quality and paint consistency, so it’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the smooth flow and didn’t need to adjust the texture. And I’m especially happy the delivery reached you quickly! 😊 We can’t wait to be part of your next creative project. Best Regards, Mary The Davincified Team

It’s been over a week and my order…
It’s been over a week and my order still hasn’t left china according to the tracking!
Response from DavincifiedFeb 15, 2026
Hi Jade, Thank you for your message. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when the tracking does not seem to update for several days. Your parcel has already arrived in the UK and is currently in the local processing stage. Sometimes the tracking page does not refresh immediately, especially during international transit and customs handling. We kindly ask that you allow the full estimated shipping timeframe for delivery. If you ever have concerns about your order, reaching out to our customer support team directly is always the fastest and most effective way for us to assist you. We are here to help and resolve any issue quickly. If everything arrives as expected, we would genuinely appreciate you reconsidering your review. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. The canvas is very high quality
The canvas is very high quality. I also like the option where I can choose the weight of the image, and therefore the time it takes to complete my little masterpiece :) It's a very relaxing and interesting experience. This is the first time I've ever tried this type of creativity and I fell in love at first sight :) Thank you
