Lerretet er av god kvalitet, og et pluss at hvert felt svakt farget på forhånd. Fine farger i praktiske små kopper, selv om enkelte farger er litt seige. Her kan man alltids tilsette bittelitt vann. Penslene er av ymse kvalitet, så endte opp med å kjøpe nye i en hobbybutikk. Men...

Edited to add: Good: when I notified them of my disatisfaction, they have taken it seriously, and tell me they will replace my product. Good: easy to use site, mocked-up image provided, the painting was a gentle, enjoyable activity suitable for a disabled person with limited energy (and artistic ability). Bad: poor colour match to the photo, some odd colour choices (for example a yellow patch on a limb, amidst skin tones - this was a glaring error), and an error in some of the numbers section (there were multiple separated areas with the same number, bordering on each other, yet one of the colours was never used!) final product was very drab compared to the original photo. I don't think there was adequate quality control. At the same time, I purchased another painting which I planned to give to my daughter for Christmas of our dog which died this year. I'd like to return it to Davincified, unless they can guarentee me that this will turn out better than the original painting I've done. For such an expensive product, I expected better. I've contacted Davincified with photos to see what we can do

The products are high quality and the service is very good from Davincified but I just wanted to highlight something about their "Islamic Calligraphy" products. They are not Islamic Calligraphy. They certainly look like calligraphy but these are not Arabic letters, and the "words" do not read in Arabic, Farsi or Urdu. Just be aware for future customers looking to buy "Islamic Calligraphy" kits, the product descriptions are misleading. Unfortunately while the pictures scenic and beautiful, there is no message - it seems to be AI generated "gibberish" which is disappointing.

I love the relaxing part but my paint is too thick so it doesn’t paint well. I had to buy the liquid 😒🤷🏻‍♀️. I didn’t think it would be that thick after a few days!

Paint numbers and corresponding colour not apparent

Mostly this was a good experience. They have a great selection of paintings to choose from. Canvas is good and the paints very good. I bought 2 personalised paintings and 1 off the shelf. The results are pretty good but I have 2 criticisms. I found that the outlines on the canvas are very inaccurate. For example, i bought Santorini dream. This includes a hillside with a lot of typical whitewashed houses .however if you follow the guide and the paint numbers it'll come out as just a collection of blobs of colour. Same with flowers. So my advice is concentrate hard, on what it is your painting, don't just fill in sections with their colours. Use your imagination and creativity to make sure you get the finish you want. In my example I repainted the hillside to put in the little houses. Also think about what colour your using. For example a shadow is always a shade of grey but with this painting their recommended paints included beige, pink and green for shadows. Having said all that their service is good and I really enjoy it, especially improvising.

**Update June 18th : I never got a reply from anyone at Davincified, i even resent my original email to make it easier for them . Don't know if Mary/Marry is a bot or real person. I see their reply to negative review is 100% but pretty sure they never actually follow up. I will also update once i'm done painting since some part of the image are not that accurate after all, some colors are definitely a bit off. Still looks pretty good so far for the most part. Quality is a lot better than expected, very impressed. the paint brushes are ok, canvas and paint pretty good and nothing feels cheap. My custom picture is very accurate. Only issue is there seems to be a problem with some of the areas which are different colors but have the same paint number (which means same color). I also chose 36 colors and got 34 pots. I have reached out to them by email 2 days and got no answer :( it's definitely on the pricier side so i'm expecting excellent customer service but aside than these little issues it's pretty good!
